Our buildings are innovative and advanced in design, tailored specifically for the Philippine environment with unique features making them operationally efficient, high performing, functional, robust and strong.
Our prefabricated agricultural floor broiler building systems are made locally in our Subic Bay factory. The buildings are designed to maximize efficiency throughout the building and to allow for optimal conditions to be reached to support broiler production and facilitate superior bird performance. These features include:
- Designed and calculated using 3D CAD software for high accuracy
- Prefabricated in our Subic factory and transported to site for fast and easy erection requiring no onsite cutting or welding

Arch Shape Structural Design
- Best structural design for clear span
- Designed specifically for compression loads
- No weak spots in the arch of the design – unlike a straight member
- Loads are distributed down to the vertical columns and footers
- Camber is designed to resist high wind loads
- Less steel verticals required as a result (less steel required)
Trusses and Purlins
- Pre galvanized tube trusses for hanging equipment every 3m and supporting the drop ceiling every 1.5m
- Curved at ceiling attachment for better airflow
- Galvanized high strength steel Z-Purlin providing a strong roof structure
Sidewalls and End Walls
- 75MM PU panels with pre-painted GI (standard)
- High density PU (40kg), excellent thermal resistance with an R-value of 17
- Tongue and groove for easy install and airtight fit
- Easy to clean inside and out
- Zero air flow impediment for improved ventilation
- Film protected upon delivery
